Just so Mom knows who left the present,
(I didn't want one of my three siblings to get credit)
I laid it by my SuperKolchak cape.
My first trip to see my guys. They were very excited to meet me.
I handled their enthusiasm in my usual calm, cool manner.
So many Wolfhounds! (and my sister's tennis ball.)
I posed for many, many pictures.
(As seen from A Co. CQ desk in D Quad)
Here is my home away from home.
It's uptown for a dog house!
A/C, my own light, a doggie door, a place to install shade,
and even a linoleum floor. I'll use it when I have early
morning events so no one has to drive me in a 3:30am.
Wow! He's tall Dad! Usually, I'm taller than a man's knees.
He actually makes me feel average size.
CSM Manis (some folks call him Royce), 1SG Crump (Dad),
and me wearing my SuperKolchak cape.
Aren't we three handsome army men?
Dad loves me and he's proud of me too.
Preview of Kolchak, King of the Wolfhounds.
I've popped into a Wolfhound Indoctrination Class.
Mom thought I'd be overwhelmed by the crowding in,
so many soldiers, and so many hands. I proved her wrong!
Where's Waldo? Nope. Where's Kolchak?
My Wolfhound buddies reached out gently and slowly.
They were so good to me.
Whenever I felt a touch, I stopped and let them pet me.
They also took lots of photos and video of me and with me.
I've heard I'm going to be on lots of guys' Facebook pages.
Going down the aisle full of chairs, boots, and strange faces.
I didn't even flinch. All eyes are on me.
I feel so loved!
Left, right, cha cha cha...

Long day...
Visiting the grave markers of those who have gone before me.
I am humbled.
At the vet's. Guess what? I'm fine. (duh)
I was so tired from all the activity before my appointment that I slept in the exam room during Isabella's appointment. Hey, a guy needs a nap! Then, when the vet came to look at me, I barely startled and Isabella growled at the vet. Who knew such a pansy would defend me? How sweet. She's growing on me and if she'd just calm down, I might even like her. For now, I've stopped avoiding her.
My sweet Vet Tech, SPC Hayden.
She just got braces today so she almost
wouldn't let us take her photo. Now she's famous!
I like her and hope I see her again.
